Graham Noll is Managing Director and CEO of Real World Consulting Inc. RWC, an advisory and mentoring corporation that helps owners of private firms and divisions of public corporations re-conceptualize their business models to better compete in the evolving global economy, enhance value, create and maintain equity and wealth.
 
Graham and his team, together have personally coached, guided and assisted many hundreds of private company owners, in dozens of industries, in making the required changes to turn entrepreneurial visions and operational strategies into practical tactics that improve the bottom line and improve the lives of everyone concerned. Graham has advised numerous companies on how to play to their strengths and develop niche positions in the markets they serve that are being impacted by the internet and globalization.
 
In earlier corporate life Graham held a variety of positions of ascending responsibility ranging from supervision to Director and Vice President in a number of Corporations including: Xerox, Data General, Honeywell, Varian, other Fortune 1000 and middle market corporations. Subsequently he embarked on a successful consulting career with some of the largest Consulting companies in the US for small and middle market companies.
 
Acknowledged as an expert in a number of fields including: management, organizational restructure and marketing, Graham has participated in a variety of business seminars lending his insight and expertise gained in over 30 years of experience to business owners and managers nationally and internationally.
 
Graham Noll is a cum laude graduate with a degree in business and engineering management from WPI in Worcester Massachusetts. He is active and has held various positions in various fraternal and conservation organizations including the Free Masons and the Appalachian Mountain Club.
 
 
Cliff McDonnell,
 
 
Director
 
Cliff McDonnell is a Director of Real World Consulting Inc., a business advisory company that helps owners of private firms re-conceptualize their business model to better compete in the evolving global economy, enhance value and create and maintain wealth.
 
Cliff is a seasoned business advisor who began his financial career with Xerox and has been involved with coaching scores of start-ups, private businesses and not-for-profits, including turn-around management situations. He has in-depth experience in financial management, M&A, business succession planning and tactical sales implementation. He has spent over 25 years advising and assisting private business owners in bringing their visions to fruition.
 
Mr. McDonnell co-founded venture capital funded start-ups, owned a middle-market business brokerage company, and is an M&A, business valuation, financial operations and estate planning specialist.
 
Cliff has an MBA in Financial Management and Quantitative Methods from the University of Chicago, and a BA in Economics from Brown University, Providence, RI., and is a member of the Kingdom Advisors financial organization.
