positions in the markets they serve that are being

corporate life Graham held a variety of positions
of ascending responsibility ranging from supervision
to Director and Vice President in a number of
Corporations including: Xerox, Data General, Honeywell,
Varian, other Fortune 1000 and middle market corporations.
Subsequently he embarked on a successful consulting
career with some of the largest Consulting companies
in the US for small and middle market companies.

Worcester Massachusetts. He is active and has
held various positions in various fraternal and
conservation organizations including the Free
Masons and the Appalachian Mountain Club. |

Cliff McDonnell

Cliff
is a seasoned business advisor who began his financial
career with Xerox and has been involved with coaching
scores of start-ups, private businesses and not-for-profits,
including turn-around management situations. He
has in-depth experience in financial management,
M&A, business succession planning and tactical
sales implementation. He has spent over 25 years
advising and assisting private business owners
in bringing their visions to fruition.

a middle-market business brokerage company, and
is an M&A, business valuation, financial operations
and estate planning specialist. |

an MBA in Financial Management and Quantitative
Methods from the University of Chicago, and a
BA in Economics from Brown University, Providence,
RI., and is a member of the Kingdom Advisors financial
organization. |
